As a Marine Corps veteran and physician in Charlotte for over thirty years, Art has a strong desire to continue his service to the community on the County Commission.  He is concerned about the lack of party diversity on the Commission that leads to missed opportunities to hear different views on taxation and spending.  His input will be valuable and productive and I encourage his support.
